Horrible customer service...do not order

I ordered a humidor for my husband on dec 17. I ordered it with engraving and paid the extra ten to have it shipped next day. On dec 23 I had to call them because I never received the item or even a tracking number. I call and they said I never paid for the engraving, I told them to take it off of my card and they said they will ship it that day. Dec 26 I called because I still did not receive it. I was on hold first for 25 minutes and the woman said she could not find the tracking number but that it was shipped on the 23. I called on another phone, still put on hold! Finally after raising a stink the guy talked with me and said my humidor was never shipped! I asked who was lying and he had no answer and just yelled back "do you want a refund!" How rude! I will never ever use them again and persuade everyone to never use them!
