I bought 3 specific empty cigar boxes that said they were in stock. I purchased through Premium humidors because they were the only ones online that said they had them and you could pick particular boxes. Well, 3 weeks later I get my boxes that were supposed to be shipped within two days. As I open the box I realize none of the boxes sent are the boxes I ordered. I called them this morning and was told I can send them back but then I'm out the $10 buck shipping each way on a $25 dollar order. I was also told on the phone they emailed me, I never got any such email and they called my home phone. They did call my home phone and left a message for me to call them back but I was out of the country until this week and hadn't gotten too it. Anyway, they said since they didn't have the items in stock and I didn't call them they made the executive decision to send me what they had. Horrible business practice. You can do what you want I but I will never purchase from them again.
