I know this company had issues during Covid with staffing, and product supply being delayed. It was a nightmare for a lot of companies. I have been dealing with Premium Poly Patios for over 15 years now. Buying my first poly adirondack chair back then. Adirondack chairs still looks brand new and just completed another order for a dining set. Which came in the timeframe they described, excellent communication. I will be ordering more in the near future.
