I was picked up on July 4th 2017. Jose was the driver. At pick up I had NO complaints. At delivery which was today July 16 2017, Horrible! I have a lot of damages. Driver was professional and no complaints. Somewhere along the way my property was moved from one truck to another. All my boxes are wet and molded...in 12 days??? Boxes were busted open and crushed. Footboard is damaged. There were items from boxes on the ground inside the truck. I will NOT recommend this company or use them again!!! I paid just under 4K to move. For that kind of money things should have been taken care of better. The damaged boxes were not due to poor packing. They looked to have been dropped and crushed and left in the rain or a leaking truck. EM
