In the past several years I have purchased several thousand dollars of tools mostly outdoor power equipment and I am sure I am one of their highest volume customers. My issue is two fold, one is the ridiculous shipping charges and the other is their fowled up website. I can access the site very well however when I click on the "Bid Status" link it takes forever for it to respond and when it does link up my lost auction history is missing and I get an error message. The message reads "Failed to retrieve bid details from the database".This is the error message I get "Please try after some time or contact our Customer Service Representative". I contacted customer service several times and they don't seem to be able to correct the problem but it's not their fault. Mia,Sue,and Linda have been very helpful over the years. I don't know if they have an IT manager or if they just don't care about losing my business. I am not happy!
