I’m Glad I called!

I received a notification in the mail regarding possibly being able to reduce my mortgage payment. At first I was hesitant, but I picked up the phone and made the call. I was able to speak with a representative at Prudent Law Group and find out about programs that I didn’t even know existed. After speaking with Gil, the legal assistant, and sending in the necessary documents, we determined that my scenario fit within the parameters of the Making Home Affordable Program. The process took about 90 days but when all was said and done, my interest rate went from 5.5% to 2.5% Fixed for 30 years and my payment has now dropped by over $550 a month! This has enabled by family to get back on our feet after my hours were cut at work!
