The first time I went there, the owner said he only hires the best & most honest mechanics. After a couple of times, I realized that the "guy in charge/manager" was not very honest and definitely does not have customer service skills.
The guys who work there are as grease monkeyish as they come!
It's unfortunate that it's so hard to find a good honest mechanic who can diagnose properly & honestly, & do the job right without having an attitude or acting like they were raised in a barn.
The managers attitude was un-provoked & un-called for!
