We also were ripped off by these scam artists, for $1500. We have filed a complaint with the Attorney General and I advise everyone who has been scammed do the same. If enough people file a complaint against these people it will be investigated and you may be able to work with them to get your money back. We are also facing foreclosure as they told us not to pay our mortgage in order to give them the money, that they would tack it on to the end of our payments.
When I looked this company up on BBB they had an A rating so we didn't hesitate to send them our money. After we realized we had been scammed (could not contact anyone, all the phone numbers were busy 24/7), I looked them up on BBB once more and their rating had fallen to NR. Now they are at F. Unfortunately I trusted the rating I saw, which was A, which was a mistake.
Hopefully people will file complaints to the Attorney General and these people will be caught and the trusting folks who gave them their hard-earned money will get it back.
