total RIPOFF. These guys filed twice for us, getting rejections both times - then disappeared without giving us a refund (as promised). Repeated calls used to get someone who would refer you to someone who said someone else would call you back within a day. More recent calls only got a busy signal. For all I know, they may be out of business. I called the number above and got a recording saying there's been a discrepancy between them and the Lakeside office - which is the branch I filed with. I'll write another review here IF these guys call me back and resolve my refund.
