Nice and professional service

I went to their Monterey Park branch, because it is near to my work. The sales rep. is very nice and professional. I was surprised that they actually finished my case within one hour during my lunch break.
When my first payment was past due, I am glad that they gave me a courtesy call and friendly reminded me about my payment. I heard some title loan company just repo customer’s car like even one day late from the payment schedule.
I really like their service and I will go back to them again, if I need a loan in the future.
