Ralph was recommended to me by a friend who had previously hired him. When I met him, he came with a photo album of his work as well as some samples. Some of the work he has done is quite impressive. He does have an artistic side to him. He showed me his contractors license without having to ask. I also saw that he had an "A" rating on Better Business Bureau.
I hired him to put in a new concrete patio and walkway in my backyard. His prices are about average compared to other contractors I got bids from. Ralph is a VERY nice guy and I appreciated his candor and honesty. He seemed genuine. For those reasons, I hired him.
The workmanship and professionalism by Ralph and his employees are major pluses for me. I WILL be hiring him next year when we have work done in the front yard.
