I bought a travel trailer at Range RV an with it I bought a 5 year extended warranty. 2 years later my water heater went out. I went to their sales/parts dept. specifically to ask for advice and service. Their Parts Dept. worker advised me to remove the heater and bring it in for testing. I did as they advised me to do and later the Service Dept. told me the warrently was void because I removed the heater myself and not one of their service workers. They as well told me I was nowhere to be found in their system, under warranty. When I finally bought the heater myself they found me and refused to pay me my money back. Everyone I spoke to refused to help and even the owner did not return my calls
