Untrustworthy

I called to rent a phone prior to my trip to Italy. The operator took my credit card number and processed a charge as a deposit. Two days before my trip I received an email saying that Rebelfone was out of Italian SIM cards and wouldn't be able to send me a phone. I had to ask for a credit to my credit card and 3 weeks later, it still hasn't been made. I was told Rebelfone was having technical issues that was preventing them from providing refunds. I would give zero stars but that isn't an option. I believe their business practices are unethical. They shouldn't put through charges against a customers credit card prior to knowing they have a product to ship out. They also should have put through the credit to my account without my having to ask.
