On purchasing my ford I was not happy with the vehicle although it appeared to run well and the salesman was absolutely wonderful. Price was right, trade in perfect, monthly payments reasonable. Two days later I got a phone call from one of the managers, he told me to return to the ford dealer due to a mistake in my contract! I went to the dealership the following day. The salesman had been released from employment or he quit! A manager showing off his degree from Roberto O Anderson school of MGmt asked me for my original contract, I gave it to him. He smiled and tore up the contract saying "you will thank me for this later". He told me to sign a new contract charging me with higher payments and paying more for the vehicle. I asked for my trade in and he told me it had already been sold. He said I had not much of a choice. I was forced into signing a contract that was not legal. But at the time I did not know that until my family & I sat down and read the contract. I think that because of my disability, my age, and my obvious ancestry, I was unfairly taken advantage of. phone calls asking for manager were futile, when I went to the dealership, no one would talk to me, they would keep me waiting in the waiting room for over 2 hours, every tactic to discourage me from talking to anyone I do not live in Albuquerque! Now listening to Dennis Snider telling his lies on all the media just infuriates the public. This company rating is zero ask anybody. Fix, or Replace Daily. FORD.
