Do NOT do business with this company! I spoke with another company who processes the applications for this company. It was the person's last day on the job. She was honest with me and told me she has cried with many customers as this process took MONTHS! They continually lose documents. I mailed, then faxed documents five times beginning one month ago. Today I was told a document had not been received yet...again. Nobody can be this inept! It has to be a conscious effort. Something is very suspicious about this company.
