Here is the scoop.. I really love shoe dazzle! I have purchased handbags, jewelry,and shoes. I have over 20 items and have had an issue with only one item.
I posted my complaint on Facebook and in literally 5 minutes the dazzle team contacted me (by home phone and on Facebook). I spoke with Drew, he was fast, friendly, funny, and productive. The issue was resolved within minutes. After that another dazzler, sorry I forgot her name, but she also contacted me, via Facebook to thank me! This company really lives up to the integrity that I believe Kim expects it to be.. Kim would be proud. How about even today Drew called me to check on my purchase this week, just to make sure it was up to par. As I have stated before, customer service is huge with me. I have walked out of places, stopped shopping places, written to presidents of companies all because of bad service.I also believe that good service should not go unnoticed, this is why I chose to write a review.. Shoe dazzle keep up the good job, and don't let me down! Forever and Always will be Dazzling for life.:) Alicia
