My wife got involved with SMC upon my request, that she look into the company. I felt that I would be able to assist her with the business, but was unable to join in when she talked to her coach. She bought a membership and a start-up kit.
When I read the information she was given, I tried to call her coach and was only able to leave a message. After several attempts to contact the company, I left a message that we were canceling our membership. We were still charged the start-up kit membership and one months membership fee before I was able to stop them from hitting our bank account.
After several more attempts, with-in the month, I was able to talk with someone at the company, but was told there would be no refunds and if we shipped the merchandise back there would be up to a 30% restocking charge.
I strongly recommend that anyone interested in doing business with this company shot themselves in the foot-IT WOULD BE A LOT LESS PAINFULL!
