Softwareoutlet.com takes orders and charges credit cards but does not ship product. They don't answer their phone, don't respond to email, and their chat line never works. They used to be good but sometime last year they went downhill. Search the internet to find all kinds of sad stories about customers being charged but never receiving their products. Avoid this firm!
