Company failed to deliver product by Christmas, as promised. They refuse to answer the phone, respond to e-mails, or return voice mail messages. Live Chat never works. If they don't talk to customers, they don't have to issue the required "RMA Number" to obtain a refund for the product. Since the product is useless to me now, I've returned it. Now they have the product back and they're keeping my money too.
