The company advertises products for sale but does not deliver the products ordered. Instead they switch for an inferior product and charge for the more expensive product.
When trying to resolve this bait and switch, I have e-mailed, (no response) and I have tried to call. Calling produces a recorded message that says that because of the heavy volume of calls they have restricted incoming calls regarding product order problems to 2 hours a day making it impossible to get through to anyone.
There is something definitely wrong going on with this company and I have contacted my credit card company to reverse the charge to my account.
