I had another issue with billing with this company. After the tsunami, there was a big issue with customer account cancellations by mistake and billing errors. Then, I reactivated my account on June 30th hoping for a month's access. What I got was 1 night's access. They bill an entire month if you reactivate in that month on any date, even the last night. So I paid 12.95 for 1 night's access. Then, they "claim" I was granted the month of July 2011 when I was not allowed to log in at all in July due to this billing error!!! They didn't get it, and I was basically called a liar by their support person Nehemiah W. They don't let you play if you haven't paid for that month in advance, unless you re-activate after the first few days and the billing is done. IN any event, a long time game has come to an end for me. I can't accept being told that I have to "pay up and you can re-actiavte your subscription or we have nothing more to say to you". I don't know what else to say. Who would charge you a month's fee for 1 night's service? I'll miss the game, it's very unique and immersive. But after being in customer service for 30 years, I'd never deal with a customer like that! I've written to their headquarters in Japan because I feel I deserve a reason for their billing policies.
