BUYER BEWARE! There IS a reason that the $ total is not calculated BEFORE you're asked for your credit card information. You may find that shipping, handling & fees add up to $29.80 for two puppets (+ free whatever). The site is very ambiguous & misleading
regarding these charges (until they have your credit card #) & the runaround that follows is even worse: you can't change your order til it posts on www.customerstatus.com, so you call back & call back & by the time your order posts, GUESS WHAT! the order's

morning). This, despite Ellen (at Stretchkins) telling me when I called Monday morning that I could not change my order because it had already shipped. This, after being told on Friday by 4 different Stretchkins sales reps that, because my order, placed early
Friday afternoon, had not yet posted at customer status.com, so they could not assist me with any changes to it. If I wanted to make changes, I could call back Monday morning & make changes then. Even though the dollar amounts do not amount to much, I expect
to live to see some kind of class action against this shady operation. And I'd welcome it.
