I am a very unsatisfied former valued customer of this company. The customer service department is only available through email, and chooses when they would like to respond to complaints. I ordered a pair of sunglasses from them, then after a month of emailing and having to report them to the BBB, I finally received a refund. I never received any product at all from this company. I would never again order anything from this company, and if you are reading this I would warn you of doing the same.
