I hired Troy to help me open up my surgery center since I have never owned one before. He assured me he could do it and wanted $4000 up front. He seems VERY NICE and seems that he cares but in reality all he cares for is steeling your money. A week later he wanted another $4000 saying he needed it to start some paperwork for Medicare filing. Bull! After he basically stole $8000 he ran off. Emailed me once but never heard from him after that! BIGGEST SCAM ARTIST!!! SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED! DO NOT USE HIM! SCAMMER!!!!
