I wish there was a negative star rating. I was promised 2 beds in 1 week and it has been 7+ weeks now. When I have been able to get a hold of Kent Byers, to find out about my beds, he has given me one excuse after another. "He's sick or his dad got sick or he had to go to Texas." Every time I have gotten a hold of him he promises to have the beds soon. But I still don't have my beds. I call them "My Beds" because I have already given him the money for them. I have heard from an outside source that this is a common issue with this man and the way he runs his business. I have heard that I will probably get my beds but as for when....???? Who knows. I guess only Kent Byers knows.
