Had difficulty downloading product. Customer service was inadequate to allow proper download, so virus infected our computer. We had paid for the product, although service was not rendered. Also, due to lack of download had to pay to fix computer. We also had to pay for product while our computer was in the shop due to the difficulty in downloading product. Refund not available since we were unable to contact company within 30-60 days due to our computer being in the shop and their lack of adequate customer service. The company has horrible customer service, as evidenced by their lack of contacting us until after our grace period to receive our refund. When they did contact us it was via email and gave more specific steps on how to download their product and informed us that we were ineligible to receive a refund. One thing the company does well: they were very quick to point out the terms and conditions of their refund contract. Not so quick to help their customers with difficulty downloading product.
