US Family Advocates was extremely difficult to deal with. I'd call to ask a question and they wouldn't respond. since their work was all wrong, and the format they used (PDF) to create the documents meant that I couldn't do any edits, in the end, I got frustrated and never actually got a single paper filed. I paid these people $1,250 and 100% of my money was wasted.
I've tried a couple of times to start over again with them, but it doesn't seem they are too interested in helping.

We do not have any clients named Robert M in our database around this time. All other Robert M's have completed their case management and won their case. Also, we do not charge $1250 out right. We proceed in stages. If you had a problem with us, you would have cancelled after the first stage. If you have any other issues please contact us.
