EXTENSIVE WAIT TIME....unbelieveable, I went to the Western Dental Office in Downey, Ca on two separate occasions (within 4 days...August 5, and 9, 2011) and have waited 2 hours and than again 3 hours the next time....my suggestions, PLEASE DO NOT SCHEDULE TOO MANY PATIENTS FOR THE SAME TIME....While waiting in the wait room, i started a conversation with different people and was surprised that many of us had the SAME appointment time....if feel that a business should not take on more than it can handle, same here, do not schedule to many patients for the same time slot....please
