I have had the worst experience of my life at the Western Dental office in Pico Rivera. Giving birth was heaven compared to what I went through here.
I scheduled an appointment to remove a tooth that broke and sharp edge irritating my tongue. Well the dentist A. Abd Allah removed the wrong tooth!
After the novacaine wore off and I realized what he had done, I told him what he did and he down right called me a liar.
Because of his negligence, he made the hole experience WORSE.
I now have a more expensive situation here with two teeth to deal with and they have the nerve to ask me when I plan to make a payment on a tooth I did not want pulled.
Stay away from this Office.
My Human Resources Department wanted all the information to alert all our 770 employees NOT to go there. And I want as many people I can reach to know the horror I went through. This office will take you for all you have and then some.
They didn't fix the problem they made it worse.
