First of all I would like to say that if I could I wouldn't give this place an stars! I went in for a cleaning an a checkup with my husband. We hadn't been to the dentist in about a year so I was a little nervous. We waited in the waiting room for almost 2 hours because they couldn't verify our insurance. Once they finally did, we got our xrays and were put in this communal dental room with about 10 other people in their chairs. The dentist comes over to me, glances at my x-rays and then looks at my teeth and comes to the conclusion that I have 16 cavities (1 was a cavivty on a tooth that I had extracted due to braces) and needed 2 root canals. She the proceeded to tell me that I had a trauma to my mouth and started hammering on my two bottom front teeth with her mel pick thing. She did this 3 separate time, hard, and kept asking me if it hurts. I said no, but it will pretty soon thanks to you. She had also pulled and pushed on my lower jaw so hard tht it left about a dime size bruise above my chin the next day. My husbad was even worse she said...he NEEDED veneers, which he refused, which then they told him he needs GOLD crowns (EW!)AND he had 17 cavities. After all this drama, I told them I wanted our x-rays and I wanted to leave. They asked me if I still wanted a cleaning and I refused, I wanted to leave desperately! So we went to a REAL dentist today, and he found that I have absolutley NO cavities and need NO root canals. And my husband does need a crown on one of his back teeth, but it's only because its chipped (we've been avoiding it for a year) but he also has NO cavities! Anyway, what they are doing has to be illegal. They didn't recommend this treatment plan, they insisted that we needed it! They are completely unethical and should not be trusted. Stay Away!!!
