I would not use this company again because they outsource the fumigation services. So there a more people involved that just Western exterminator employees. My wedding ring was stolen during the fumigation process. But since they outsource their services to Dr. Fume, it was hard to pinpoint
who could of stolen my ring. I did make a police report and also notified the fumigation companies and the gas company. Nobody took responsibility for the loss. My homeowners insurance (AAA) did compensate me for half the cost of my ring. Western exterminators did not offer any compensation. It was spring break (April 2009), and decided to go away until we could get the okay to re-enter our house. I do not take jewellery when I travel and decided to leave it at home. I guess I an too trusting.My neighbor had referred the company to me because the price was low. She got a $25 gift certificate for the referral, but I was told that their insurance did cover stolen property.
