hi i noticed that some of you guys were asking if we have done a loan modification with these people. i must say as discouraged as i was in the beggining. i paid these folks $3,600 and they were able to successfully modify my mortgage from a 6.375% to a 3.25% wich was i think a good deal. it took these people about 4 months to process this modification. i must say i had a decent experiance with mr goodrich.
