My daughter went to this Urgent Care because she was having lower back pain. WHMC ruled out kidney stones and diagnosed with a kidney infection. My daughter was by herself and in a lot of pain. They gave her pain medication, and ran more tests that were unnecessary. After each test they would run her credit card and make her sign it.
At the end of the day they gave her a itemized bill which added up to over 3,500.00 but charged her credit card 2550.00 which doesn't make sense at all.
My daughter then followed up with her primary physician, and he told her that the tests that they ran was very unnecessary.
I believe that this business is unethical, and I would not recommend anyone going there.
