I was hesitant to visit this office because I thought it was expensive and the negative previous reviews . But since I got a job from metlife insurance , I told myself why don't I give a try since I know more about insurance and dental codes and I know I will never be screwed . My first visit was October 2010 wherein my fiancé schedule me an appointment. . On my first visit the receptionist told me that my insurance was verified although I pretty much aware of that. The lobby was enchanted and very clean. I was seen by a female doctor and she was very thorough telling me of all her recommendations. I was given a chance to asked question and very much pleased with her answers. Xrays was showed to me and the pictures of my mouth as well. I know that I am so picky and never like dentist since I was young. After my examination I was asked by the nurse to be seated on the consultation room so I would be able to know my insurance coverage. I was so amazed because the lady who explained to me all my coverage was extremely nice and knowledgeable with my coverage. She told me that my insurance will maxed out if I will be able to do all my treatment and was given an option to do some dental works next year. So I follow her advice and schedule my appointment. I completed my treatment 2 weeks ago and had crown done , fillings and very please with the outcome of all the services rendered to me. I saw all the claims send by this office for my completed procedure , and I should say as a person who works for insurance, this place is a model dental clinic and I'm glad because I follow my fiancé advice to visit this place .
