ztek.net order not fulfilled no communitaction

My patience has it's limits...
ztek.net collected, got paid but my order has not been fulfilled. I have emailed the customer service many times, 5 that I can document. Nothing in return. In my profile, my order is listed as pending.
ztek has not responded or commented
